Weâre a few days late with this week's Found on the Farm Friday, but the fields are looking SO good, we couldnât skip the update! đ
This is Week 4 of the season here at Pangborn Farms, and weâre heading into the final stretch â just one or two more weeks left before this sweet summer chapter comes to a close. If youâve been waiting to visit... donât wait much longer!
Whatâs Ripe on the Farm?
đ€ Black Currants â Absolutely perfect right now, but this may be the final week for machine-picked black currants. Stock up while you can!
đ” Blueberries â Bushes are full and happy! U-pick is open and plentiful â bring your buckets and your berry-loving crew!
â€ïž Red Currants â Still available, though you may have to do a little hunting to find the best clusters. Worth it for that tart pop of flavor!
đ Raspberries â Very limited. We don't recommend making the trip just for raspberries at this point.
âïž Why Now is the Time
The berries are ripe, the sun is shining, and the views across the fields are just stunning this time of year. Whether youâre planning to make jam, freeze fruit for smoothies, or just enjoy the experience, now is your last chance to visit the farm before the season winds down!
Donât miss out â there's no better way to savor summer than with fresh-picked fruit and a little time outside. đż
